BUILD A BOOTY
Welcome to the Fit with Scott PT Booty program where over the next 21 days we’re going to focus on sculpting and strengthening the booty.

This program focuses mainly on the glutes, however we do work full body as well; glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, core, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest & back. You’re in luck because we do touch on it all!

The program has been created for all fitness levels so everyone’s included & can be challenged regardless of where you are on your fitness journey.

It’s been designed with limited space in mind so whether you’re in your spare room or have access to a larger gym space it’ll be perfect for you.

Minimal equipment is used within the program however we recommend you have access to resistance bands and dumbbells.

This is a single phase program, following a 7 day a week schedule, repeated 3 times.
